Roger Boucher
As Churchill said, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts.”
As director of PRGC, I follow this principle when I work with our clientele in numerous consulting engagements involving the sale, acquisition, and financing of businesses that combine expertise in due diligence, valuation principles, maximization of the transaction envisioned, and financial integration and management strategies.
Over my career and in more than 30 years of experience, I have participated in a number of engagements involving turnaround strategies, transaction management and negotiations, corporate financing, initial public offerings, and reverse takeovers on the different Canadian stock markets.
In the current economic and global context, I can say without fear of contradiction that the PRGC consulting group is able to contribute everything that you, as a director or a business, require to measure up to the future challenges that you will face.
My expertise was also acquired through my commitment to the community as chair of the board of directors of the Centre de réadaptation Lucie-Bruneau, which was the inspiration for the Prix Roger Boucher that highlights the work of volunteers. I am also on the boards of directors of public and private companies and of organizations such as the Centre de la santé et des services sociaux de Laval.
“Where there is a will, there is a dream.”
